     at 47% complete. Annual inspections by the assessor to follow. -20% topography.

Assessed total value is 86.61% of price home was purchased for in 2007. Adjoining property at 37 Cherry Street is 65.8% of 2008 purchase price. 24 Cherry Street is 63.4% of 2007 purchase price. 60 Glen Road assessment is 71.9% of current listing price property is under deposit.
