Adjoining property at 37 Cherry Street is 65.8% of 2008 purchase price. 24 Cherry Street is 63.4% of 2007 purchase price. 60 Glen Road assessment is 71.9% of current listing price property is under deposit. 
Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. Reduce fair market value from $373,668 to $302,000 based on purchase price in October of 2007.
